MVSS Matric Class of 2018

Congratulations to Mountview Secondary School Matric Class of 2018. We are extremely proud of every student and we wish them all the best for their future endeavours.

Mountview Secondary School's Class of 2018 has achieved outstanding results with a pass rate of 91%. 5 learners, achieved 7 out of 7 distinctions. Thirushan Mayappen, the DUX of 2018 achieved an impressive aggregate of 93%. He was closely followed by Faseeha Sheik (92.4%) and Yadhav Noubath(91.7%).

Tyran Naidoo and Ajna Singh were the other full house achievers. Gemma Muthen achieved 6 subject distinctions and Siyabonga Mtshali, Juhaim Pillay,Abu Bakr Asmal and Tyriq Timul achieved 5 subject distinctions each. 16 learners achieved A Aggregates. Our other A AGGREGATE achievers are Devarin Govender,Vidal Ramjogi,Firdous Hoosen,Simone Singh,Curwyn Naidoo and Selina Budhram.

Rueven Govender also excelled with distinctions in 2 new NSC subjects, Technical Science and Technical Maths.

Principal Mrs N Sivjattan congratulated the Class of 2018 for their outstanding results. "I am confident that the learners of MVSS will continue to excel and produce excellent results."

The closing date for Re-mark/ Re-check and Supplementary Examinations is the 11th of January 2019.
